POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
POLICIES: All flight times are approximate. Select Helicopters ™ reserves the right to cancel flights with or without notice and reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol or otherwise deemed mentally unsafe for helicopter flight. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required; no-shows at time of departure will be charged in full and will not receive a refund. Due to our busy flight schedules, late arrivals CANNOT be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. Should your reservation be cancelled by Select Helicopters ™ due to events such as, but not limited to: weather conditions, temporary flight restrictions (TFRs), or other related events, you will be contacted in as timely manner as possible to reschedule any reservation that needs to be altered due to such condition. All sales are final- No refunds will be given so please plan your flight accordingly!
Third-Party booking Company Policies
Third-party vouchers from companies such as Groupon are limited in availability and CANNOT be used for custom flights including, but not limited to the W Hotel and proposal flights. Third-party voucher flight paths are set routes and cannot be modified for any reason. Third-party helicopter tours are scheduled back-to-back, and for our customers’ safety we must prohibit loitering in the vicinity of the aircraft, as well as unattended photography. Call-Out Fees and Miscellaneous Charges
Pilot Call-Out Fee after 9:00PM: $100
Aircraft Cleaning Fee: $200 if passenger creates spills or stains including but not limited to beverages, food, bodily fluids, etc.
Cancellation fee: Flights cancelled within 48 hours of reservation will incur a $100 fee regardless of reason.
